Derrick was the best. He really went out of his way to turn an unpleasant situation into a positive one. He listens to your needs/ wants and works hard to meet those. His overall personality is out of this world. I called him after receiving some unwanted news about my current car. I was very upset and he was a champ at finding a resolution that we both could be happy with. He makes himself available anytime day or night. We have found our new sales person since ours no longer works there. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
