Derrick spotted us as soon as we made it to the lot & greeted us with a huge smile. He talked with my husband & I as if he’d known us forever. He made our vehicle purchase the fastest, easiest, most stress free process! He actually took the time to listen to our wants, concerns, & answered any questions. He is so friendly & personable. Oh & through all the madness due to the coronavirus & there being a lack of supplies, he heard me say we couldn’t find toilet paper anywhere (HAHAHA). We were actually almost out at our house, so he gave us some of his OWN he had to take home and had some waiting in our new car when I got ready to leave! We absolutely loved him.
